What we do at TBO

Boxing has been tried and tested by the ages and its benefits are proven time and time again.  Bringing communities together and strengthening their bodies and minds whether it be in the ring or in life.  

Across our different classes whether you want to learn beautiful art, be fit and strong for life, be part of a community or get in the ring and fight.  We have something for you, boxing is truly for everyone.

SWEAT SCIENCE

Let your punches fly and get your body moving.  In this high intensity class, you will be throwing punches on the bag with speed and power, whilst putting your body through a array of bodyweight exercises that will get you fit in no time.

BOX & FUNC

The fast-paced adrenaline filled experience that boxing brings with the strength benefits of functional training.  Build a strong body and mind using our boxing bags and strength equipment to be ready for what life throws at you.

CHATTER BOX

Women only, learn how to box, meet new mums, bring your bubs along and enjoy a workout with other mums!

SKILLS & DRILLS

Learn the beautiful art of boxing from an experienced coach and be equipped with the knowledge and tools for if you ever want to step into the ring and dance under those lights.

TEAM TBO

For those that want to get in the ring and fight!  Become part of the TBO fight team and chase all the things that the ring can bring.  (Enquire with the coaches)

A great class to increase your technique and boxing knowledge. Spend a full hour with our expert trainers on a Saturday and develop your skills.
