Our boxing inspired full body workout, is the perfect blend of musle toning and strength building. From the
moment the bell rings, you’ve got 45 min of explosive, functional and agility training.

With over 300+ workouts split across our 9 main classes, you’ll never find your self doing the same workout
twice! No prior boxing experience required, and all fitness levels are welcome.

SWEAT SCIENCE

Perfect for all levels, designed to get you comfortable with the boxing technique, the class also allows you to progress through the movements as you get better.

BOX & FUNC

In this class, you’ll be making the most of our boxing equipment and functional gear like kettlebells, wall balls, battle ropes etc. Great for all fitness levels.

CHATTER BOX

We’ve designed CHATTERBOX especially for Woman who want to give Box-Fit ago! We have a space in the gym for your little ones too!

SKILLS & DRILLS

Classes taken by expert boxing trainers. They will teach you the art and techniques of boxing! You’ll be moving like Ali in no time!

SWEAT STATIONS

A great class to increase your technique and boxing knowledge. Spend a full hour with our expert trainers on a Saturday and develop your skills.

TEAM TBO

For the Boxer looking to take their skills to the next level in our competitive Boxers class.

TBO TEENS

Your teenager will learn the technique, discipline and sweat science of boxing. This class is suited for children aged 13-18.

TBO JUNIORS

Your child will learn the technique, discipline and sweat science of boxing. This class is suited for children aged 6-12

SPARRING

For the person who wants to take their boxing training to the next level and test their skills in a controlled sparing environment in our full-size ring.
